14 professional titles. 2× Ms. Figure Olympia. Former Olympic-track hopeful. And someone who had to figure out every step of this — the hard way, without a roadmap. That’s exactly why the programs and methods she teaches actually work.

It didn't start in a gym.

Before fitness, there was track. Erin spent years training as a competitive high jumper with one goal in mind: the Olympics. She trained hard, competed seriously, and got close — but when she didn’t qualify for the 2008 Olympic Games, she found herself at a crossroads.

Instead of stopping, she pivoted. She walked into a gym, picked up weights, and started teaching herself how to sculpt and shape her physique from scratch.
No trainer. No template.
Just curiosity, discipline, and a relentless work ethic carried over from years of track training.

What followed was a career that most people in the sport can only dream of. 14 professional titles. Back-to-back Ms. Figure Olympia wins in 2010 and 2012. Recognition as one of the greatest Figure competitors in the history of the sport.

But the part Erin is most proud of isn’t the trophies. It’s the thousands of women she’s coached since — women who came in frustrated, overwhelmed, or stuck, and left with real results and the knowledge to maintain them for life.
The programs, the app, the books — they’re all built on one belief: that training should be purposeful, sustainable, and something you actually enjoy.
